To herald the beginning of Spring, Hong Kong's popular Brazilian-Japanese boteco Uma Nota has launched a flexible weekday lunch menu which offers excellent value for money, allowing patrons to choose from a one-course lunch or an optional add-on for an unlimited supply of appetisers based on their preferences.

Available Monday to Friday from 12 pm to 3 pm, the new lunch menu starts from HK$118 per person; an optional add-on for an unlimited supply of starters is available for just HK$38 per person.
 
With freshness and authenticity at the forefront of menus executed by Executive Chef Gustavo Enrique Vargas Mora, the nutritious and delicious choices include Vegan Udon with snow pea, mushrooms, crispy shallots, sesame, and peanut butter sauce (HK$118); Frango Assado, half-roasted spring chicken in green miso marination and served with roasted potato and chimichurri sauce on the side (HK$138); Moqueca De Peixe, a flavourful white fish stew with Brazilian spices served on top of a bed of cashew nuts and farofa, a quintessential and delicious Brazilian side dish made with toasted cassava flour (HK$138); Seafood Udon Noodles served with fresh prawns, clams, mussels in a flavourful spicy sauce, and garnished with Katsuobushi bonito flakes (HK$158); Espeto De Carne, grilled beef tenderloin skewer served with roasted potatoes, Brazilian vinaigrette and farofa on the side (HK$178); and Beef Donburi, grilled ribeye served in a bowl of Japanese rice and topped with Onsen egg, edamame salad, and Tobiko flying fish roe (HK$188).
 
For guests who opt for the add-on of an unlimited supply of delectable starters and salads for HK$38 per person, the selection includes Soba Noodle Salad with carrots and cabbage in sesame dressing; Miso-Glazed Eggplant; and Mixed Green Salad with mixed leaf, bamboo shoots, cucumber and cherry tomato mixed with a Wasabi dressing.
 
Guests can also finish with a dessert of the day for an added cost of HK$40; or HK$30 for flavoured iced tea, Brazilian lemonade or coffee.


A Great Value Three-Course Dinner Deal from Sunday to Tuesday
 
Uma Nota has introduced an exciting three-course dinner deal from every Sunday to Tuesday, it is priced at HK$280 per person, making it a perfect option for a fun weekday dinner with friends and family without breaking the bank.
 
A choice of vibrant and comforting starters includes Dadinhos de tapioca, Brazilian tapioca and cheese crispy dice served with sweet chilli sauce; Karaage Pirikara, Japanese fried chicken drizzled with Biquinho chilli sweet and sour glaze; Temaki de Atum, tuna hand roll topped with tempura crisp, sesame, and wasabi; Hamachi Aguachile, raw Hamachi lightly marinated with shishito-jalapeño tiger milk, served with coriander oil and crispy breadcrumbs.

For the main, choose from the Moqueca De Peixe, a flavourful white fish stew with Brazilian spices served on top of a bed of cashew nuts and farofa; Seafood Udon Noodles served with fresh prawns, clams, and mussels in a flavourful spicy sauce, and garnished with Katsuobushi bonito flakes; or Charcoal Grill Beef Tenderloin (150g) served with Tare sauce, farofa, roasted potatoes with smoked mascarpone and mixed green salad on the side.
 
Finish with an enticing dessert, with the choice of Abacaxi Assado, the burnt pineapple is topped with coconut ice cream, almond-coconut crumble and drizzled with caramelised Japanese whisky sauce; or Suspiro com Frutas Vermelhas, Brazilian-style Pavlova topped with mix berries sauce, custard and whipped cream.
 
Complete the experience with the optional add-on of a drink combo for just HK$168 per person to receive three drinks, including a Classic Caipirinha with Cachaça, fresh lime, and sugar; a glass of wine and a glass of sparkling wine.


Luxe for Less - Daily Happy Hour from 5 pm till Late with a Carefree Ambience
 
Uma Nota’s brilliant newest daily happy hour stretches from 5 pm till late. Whether you want to relax with a post-work tipple or are preparing to paint the town red, guests can expect some familiar favourites like Classic Caipirinha, Aperol Spritz, wines, prosecco, bottled beer, house spirits and many more for the price of HK$50 per drink, causing a stir among the city's happy hour revellers.
