For fans of Spain's culinary pride, paella, you know that this iconic dish is cooked in a large pan. But how big is "big"? Let's say it's big enough to feed an entire restaurant for a delightful 90 minutes of unlimited refills!

From August 4 to September 29, 2025, Tai Hang's popular hangout, Qué Pasa is excited to introduce
Giant Paella Mondays, available every Monday from 6 pm until closing. Priced at just HK$288, guests can enjoy a 90-minute unlimited serving of authentic paella rice, accompanied by two delicious tapas options. Monday nights have never looked better! Booking in advance is required.

Designed for sharing, savouring, and celebrating, the giant paella is freshly prepared right in the main dining area by Head Chef Amaru Morale, where guests can see the creation of this fantastic dish firsthand. While the ingredients may vary, seafood enthusiasts will be pleased to know that the main highlight will be the popular Seafood Paella, featuring fresh mussels, clams, and prawns, reflecting Hong Kong’s passion for the ocean's bounty.

As part of the dinner, guests can select two tapas from a tantalising menu, including: Tomato Bread; Padrón Peppers; Rusa Salad with potato and tuna mayonnaise; Patatas with aioli; Ham Bikini or Truffle Bikini; a Spanish-style sandwich filled with mango cheese and cured Spanish ham, Chistorra Sausage; a smoky chorizo cooked in cider with bay leaf; and one of the restaurant’s signature succulent Braised Tripe Stew; featuring tender beef tripe slow-braised for over six hours in a blend of olive oil, garlic, cumin, clove, and a hint of chilli, creating flavours that melt delightfully in the mouth.

Additionally, tapas options include the rich and aromatic Manchego cheese, and an exquisite assortment of cured meats such as 25 grams of Jamón Teruel Ham; 25 grams of Ibérico Chorizo; or 25 grams of Ibérico Salchichón.

Giant Paella Mondays promises to be a fun social dining adventure that showcases the best of Spanish cuisine and warm hospitality. Guests are encouraged to don their stretchy pants and leave any regrets at the door—this is a night dedicated to indulgence and enjoyment.

About Deadly Rabbits Concepts

Founded in 2019, Deadly Rabbits Concepts is an innovative dining group renowned for its creativity in the Hong Kong dining scene, offering top-notch yet wallet-friendly modern European cuisine.

The group's name draws its inspiration from the whimsical world of Monty Python, paired with the delightfully absurd sense of humour that permeates Poland, the homeland of Bart, founder of Deadly Rabbits Concepts, who believed that the F&B industry should embody fun and light-heartedness. This belief was creatively expressed through the group’s playful logo and unique name, signalling that they are always passionate about what they do.

This creative group is also the driving force behind several of the city’s beloved neighbourhood dining spots. Among their successful establishments is the modern Italian restaurant Ask for Alonzo, which has five bustling locations: Wan Chai, Quarry Bay, Tai Hang, Happy Valley, and Soho. Adding to its impressive portfolio, Deadly Rabbits Concepts proudly expanded its diverse culinary portfolio in 2024 with the successful launch of two new dining experiences: À Poêle French Bistro, nestled in the heart of Quarry Bay, and Qué Pasa Spanish Tapas Y Vino, a lively Spanish tapas destination that has quickly become a favourite in the bustling Tai Hang neighbourhood. These additions reinforce the group’s commitment to delivering approachable, comfort-driven dining that resonates with modern food enthusiasts, offering exceptional value in Hong Kong's dynamic and often price-sensitive dining landscape.

In 2025, Deadly Rabbits Concepts is set to make its mark in Poland by launching two exciting restaurants in Warsaw by the third quarter. The first, the beloved Italian trattoria Ask for Alonzo, will take residence in the iconic Varso Tower, the tallest building in Poland and the European Union. Shortly after, The Slavic Social will open its doors at the Hilton Warsaw on Grzybowska Street, just a stone's throw from Varso Tower. This innovative venue will focus on modern Polish cuisine, featuring a state-of-the-art cocktail bar that blends Asian and Polish influences. The Slavic Social aims to go beyond traditional dining, striving to position Warsaw as a dynamic cultural and business hub for the Slavic community.
