In celebration of Father's Day and to pay tribute to fathers' unwavering dedication and hard work everywhere, Meraki Hospitality’s popular Brazilian Japanese boteco Uma Nota and BEDU Middle Eastern restaurant and bar are excited to announce a special collaboration with Carbon Brews in the entire month of June.

Both restaurants offer a unique "beer, cocktail, and snack" combo to delight fathers and their loved ones. This limited-time promotion is available daily from 5 pm to 7 pm; the combo comes with a choice of Carbon Brews’ craft beer, a craft cocktail and a special snack for HK$288 per set.

"Carbon Brews Beer, Cocktail, and Fried Chicken" Combo at Uma Nota

Available daily from 5 pm to 7 pm in June, the combo at Uma Nota is priced at HK$288 per set. It includes one Carbon Brews craft beer, one cocktail, and a portion of BFC Brazilian Fried Chicken coated with beer and cachaça batter and served with yuzu mayonnaise.

To match the fried chicken, choose your Carbon Brews craft beer: Earth People Dry Hopped Lager with a clean and crisp flavour or Bright Side, a pale ale-style beer bursting with tropical and citrusy flavours derived from the generous addition of American hops, which is light and smooth.

The craft cocktails' options include Hop the Berry, a refreshing fizzy concoction made with Carbon Brew’s Earth People dry-hopped lager, Aperol, fresh strawberry, agave syrup, and zesty lime juice, or Ruby Hearts, a vibrant blend of Carbon Brew’s Bright Side pale ale, cachaça, Campari, cinnamon syrup, and fresh lime juice.

Available daily from 5 pm to 7 pm throughout June. The combo at BEDU is also priced at HK$288 per set. It includes one Carbon Brews craft beer, one cocktail, and one portion of Bait al Bahr, a beer-battered crispy fried squid served with zucchini and carrot, a harissa sauce with sumac, and lager beer.

For the craft beer choice, choose from Carbon Brews’ El Crispy Boi, a Mexican-style lager with a light amount of hoppiness balanced with a touch of crisp from the lime flavour; or Carbon Brews’ Bright Side, a pale ale-style beer bursting with tropical and citrusy flavours derived from the generous addition of American hops.

The options for the cocktail include Summer Rise, a blend of El Crispy Boi lager, tequila, blue curaçao, triple sec, and lime juice, or Bee Love with Bright Side pale ale, gin, honey, and smoked lemon.
