Begin with a choice of appetiser, such as the soup of the day, potato and egg salad, or an Italian cold cuts and cheese platter. Then, steak enthusiasts can enjoy 90 minutes of unlimited refills of premium Angus steak from Southern Ranges farms in Australia. This naturally raised beef is 100% grass-fed, free from hormones and antibiotics, ensuring high quality for all meat lovers. The steak is cooked to their preference and served with unlimited crispy fries and fresh green salads, complemented by tempting salsa verde and basil butter.

Looking for a sweet finish? Guests can add HK$38 for a dessert, choosing between White Chocolate Panna Cotta with wild berry compote or a creamy Cheesecake with strawberry coulis.
