Mondays at À Poêle are made for indulgence. From 2 February onwards, and every Monday from 5 pm, guests are invited to savour 60 minutes of all‑you‑can‑eat freshly shucked oysters, paired with a classic bistro two‑course dinner, all for just HK$388 per person. Reservations required.
The all‑you‑can‑eat oysters experience features a rotating selection of premium, freshly shucked French oysters, with Roumégous Fine d’Alienor debuting. These exceptional oysters are refined in the famed Marennes‑Oléron basin – particularly around Bourcefranc‑le‑Chapus in Charente‑Maritime – an area celebrated for its “claires”, shallow clay maturation ponds that elevate both flavour and texture. The result is a plump oyster with generous flesh, a gentle iodine note and an exquisitely delicate, lingering finish.
Diners can settle into the evening with an uninterrupted hour of free‑flow oysters, opened to order and served with classic accompaniments of lemon, cocktail sauce and mignonette. The briny freshness of the oysters is perfectly balanced by a choice of appetisers, featuring soup of the day, a crisp chef’s salad, or a tempting French charcuterie and cheese platter.

Due to overwhelming demand from its regulars, À Poêle’s All-You-Can-Eat Steak Frites Tuesdays are now a permanent fixture on the weekly calendar. Every Tuesday from 5 pm onwards, the bistro invites guests to settle in for 90 minutes of unlimited premium steak and golden fries for just HK$288 per person. Reservations required.
The experience starts on a classic French note, with a choice of starters: soup of the day, the chef’s salad, or a charcuterie and cheese platter, setting the tone for a convivial evening.
Once appetites are whetted, steak aficionados can enjoy a glorious 90 minutes of all-you-can-eat steak, featuring the cut of the month cooked to their preferred doneness. Each serving comes with unlimited refills of crispy frites and mixed green salad, accompanied by a trio of signature sauces including pepper sauce, garlic butter and Café de Paris butter.
