With its sophisticated blend of premium surf-and-turf and the vibrant soul of Southeast Asian cuisine — all framed by a breathtaking 180-degree unobstructed panorama of Victoria Harbour and the Hong Kong Island skyline — this is the Father’s Day dining experience that will have Dad absolutely beaming.

Available all day on Sunday, 21 June 2026 from 11:30 am onwards (lunch and dinner), The Orient Steakhouse presents a four-course Father’s Day Surf-and-Turf Menu at HK$688 per guest — a thoughtfully curated journey with every bite perfectly matched to one of the world’s most iconic harbour views.

The four-course journey opens in style with the Applewood and Lemongrass Smoked Beef Tartare — a refined starter of hand-chopped beef tartare, smoke-kissed with applewood and lemongrass, served on top of a buttery thin pastry and finished with grated salted egg yolk, smoked fish eggs, and a drizzle of aromatic tom yum oil. A bold, beautifully crafted opening statement that signals exactly the kind of evening Dad is in for.

The celebration then moves to the ocean with the Baked Sea Bream Fillet — a middle course showcasing a perfectly baked sea bream fillet resting on a velvety sea urchin velouté, enriched with fragrant Pesmol Ikan paste for a deep, irresistible Southeast Asian warmth.

The main event arrives in the form of the Wagyu Striploin — a prime cut of exquisitely marbled Wagyu, seared to perfection and plated alongside braised shallots, a richly spiced rendang beef cheek, and galette potato. Bold Southeast Asian flavour at its absolute finest — a main course worthy of the occasion.

The meal reaches its sweet finale with the 67% Lava Cake — an indulgent, dark chocolate lava cake concealing gooey hazelnut liqueur curd, served with a scoop of refreshing coconut gelato on the side and honeycomb for crunch. Decadent and the perfect sweet finish for Dad’s big day.
