This Valentine’s Day, The Bayside and O’Thai invite lovebirds not just to dine, but to truly connect—sharing plates and memories in a setting where flavour and live music come first. The specially curated “Love by the Bay” Valentine’s Menu brings together two cuisines into one, set against the glittering backdrop of Victoria Harbour.
Available on 14 February 2026 (Saturday) with two seatings: from 6 pm to 8 pm and 8:30 pm onwards, couples are invited to indulge in a seven-course sharing menu at HK$1,199 per couple (two guests), with every dish crafted to be enjoyed side by side.
Live music and vocal performances featuring jazzy and popular romantic tunes will be available on Valentine’s Day to set the mood and inflame couples’ hearts, making the evening extra memorable.
Like a modern love story, the menu marries the elegant, contemporary flavours of The Bayside with the vibrant, soulful flavours of O’Thai, creating a romantic journey as multi-layered as love itself. The evening begins with a generous selection of sharing starters, inviting couples to experience the joy of tasting and discovering together.
The ocean’s romance is captured in a Lobster And Scallop Ceviche, delicately cured to highlight the natural sweetness and freshness of the sea. For a touch of indulgence, Wagyu Beef Tartare served on brioche and topped with caviar offers silky textures and luxurious flavours, echoing the richness and depth of true affection. The crispy Codfish Croquettes add a golden crunch, while the Pan-fried Crab Cake, served with Sriracha mayonnaise, introduces a gentle kick of heat—just like the spark that keeps romance alive.
Moving forward, the dinner features two main courses - a passionate surf and turf duet, where land and sea come together in perfect harmony. From The Bayside’s kitchen, an exquisitely marbled M7 Australian Wagyu Sirloin Steak takes centre stage, served with velvety truffle mashed potato, crunchy sweet asparagus, and a luscious mushroom sauce that wraps every bite in deep, comforting flavour. From O’Thai comes a vibrant, aromatic counterpoint: Spanish Red Prawn in Thickened Thai Panang Curry, rich with coconut, spices, and heat, and served with rice. This dish brings the warmth and intensity of Thai cuisine to the table, creating a dynamic balance of flavours that mirrors the push and pull of a passionate relationship.
To end the evening on a sweet, romantic note, couples will share a decadent Strawberry Tiramisu served with chocolate gelato. Light, creamy layers of strawberry and mascarpone meet the deep, velvety allure of chocolate, capturing the essence of Valentine’s Day in a single, indulgent dessert made for two.
Table reservations are essential as space is limited. Couples can clink glasses while taking in the breathtaking Victoria Harbour view, with the city’s dazzling skyline and the gentle reflection of lights on the water providing a romantic setting for their love story.
