The Bayside, launched in 2022, has become a beloved family dining spot, offering a spacious venue for up to 220 guests and serving vibrant Mediterranean cuisine in a lively atmosphere. O’Thai, opened in February 2025, has quickly gained a reputation for its authentic Thai street food, warm hospitality, and inviting ambience.
Now united, The Bayside and O’Thai offer two carefully crafted Christmas Dinner and Christmas Brunch menus that blend the finest Mediterranean and authentic Thai flavours, providing guests with a diverse culinary journey at one table. Each restaurant maintains its own dedicated kitchen and culinary team to preserve the authenticity of every dish. Additionally, all guests will receive two hours of complimentary parking at The Harbourfront when dining at either restaurant.

This Christmas, embark on a culinary journey with The Bayside & O’Thai’s exclusive six-course Christmas dinner menu, priced at HK$448 per person and available on 24 and 25 December 2025 (Wednesday and Thursday). Live vocal performances will also be available to perform festive and popular tunes, enhancing the festival experience atmosphere for all festivalgoers.
Guests can choose to sit in the comfortable dining room or enjoy alfresco harbourside dining to soak in the vibe. The evening begins with a taste of indulgence, offering an exquisite sharing selection of perfectly crafted starters. Indulge in Crab Cannelloni with creamy avocado mousse; Lobster Vol Au Vent topped with rich black caviar, crispy Soft Shell Crab paired with a sweet chilli garlic sauce, and pan-seared Foie Gras delicately served on brioche with a sweet fig compote.
The main course offers a variety of indulgent choices for all palates, combining festive favourites with innovative, flavourful Thai dishes. Savour the Marinated Slow-cooked Turkey Breast, perfectly paired with golden roasted potatoes and Brussels sprouts, or enjoy the exotic flavours of King Prawn Egg Cream Curry, served with crisp toasted baguette. For those looking to continue the festivities, the Christmas Day and Boxing Day Festive Brunch, priced at HK$288 per guest and available on 25 and 26 December 2025 (Thursday and Friday), from 12 pm to 2:30 pm, offers a vibrant, indulgent menu to celebrate the season in style. Guests can create their personalised dining experience by selecting four cold and hot starters, before savouring a choice of thoughtfully curated main courses. The meal ends on a high note with a festive-inspired dessert and one beverage sure to delight.
For those seeking a little extra for the holiday cheer, enhance brunch experience with an optional add-on of two hours of free-flow prosecco, red and white wines, red sangria, Bayside Gin & Tonic, and bottled beer for just HK$198.
This sumptuous brunch begins with a selection of cold appetisers; choose two items from Salmon Tartare served with crostini, Pomelo and Prawn Salad, Spanish Ham with Crystal Tomato Bread, or freshly shucked Fine de Claire Oysters (add-on of HK$60 for two pieces).
To follow, select two from the hot appetisers: Truffle Cheese Bikini, which is crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside; sizzling Gambas with garlic-chilli prawns; pan-seared Foie Gras on brioche with fig compote and balsamic cream, or Chicken Satays with peanut sauce.
