Silver Spoon Restaurants Group is pleased to announce an exciting collaboration between its own acclaimed dining venues, The Bayside and O'Thai, by introducing a permanent weekend brunch menu as well as a special National Day’s Fireworks Dinner on October 1st, designed to enrich the neighbourhood residents' dining experience.
Since its launch in 2022, The Bayside has become a favourite spot for families, offering a spacious dining area that can host up to 220 guests, serving delicious Mediterranean cuisine in a lively setting. Meanwhile, O'Thai, which opened in February 2025, quickly established itself as a popular destination for authentic Thai street food, attracting patrons with its warm hospitality and vibrant atmosphere.
With this collaborative effort, guests can now enjoy a curated menu that seamlessly blends dishes from both restaurants, enabling them to indulge in a diverse range of flavours from the Mediterranean and authentic Thai street food at the same table. Each restaurant maintains its own kitchen and creative culinary team, ensuring the authenticity of every dish.
Set against the stunning backdrop of Victoria Harbour, perched along Whampoa Promenade in Hung Hom, both The Bayside and O'Thai feature their own indoor dining spaces, each with distinctive decor, and operate independent kitchens to preserve the authenticity of their cuisines. A well-designed, spacious bar area connects the two venues, complemented by a shared alfresco dining space that enhances the overall experience.

Six-Course National Day Fireworks Dinner on October 1st for HK$448

Conveniently situated in Whampoa, just a short walk from the MTR station, The Bayside and O'Thai provide guests with an excellent vantage point to enjoy the National Day fireworks display without the hassle of crowded public areas along the busy harbour.
On 1st October (Wednesday), these two acclaimed dining venues are teaming up to offer a unique Six-Course National Day Fireworks Dinner, exclusively priced at HK$448 per person. Relish the chance to experience two fantastic cuisines in one extraordinary meal, perfectly complemented by views of the spectacular fireworks overhead.
Guests seeking more can also choose from a limited selection of à la carte menus at O'Thai and The Bayside.
The special dinner is designed for two or more guests, featuring popular Thai and Mediterranean flavours. For the main course, diners can select from five indulgent options, including Seafood Linguine in a tomato herb sauce, or opt for the Signature Suckling Pig, served with rosemary potatoes and topped with Honey Mustard; or enjoy Lobster Juicy Rice for a truly luxurious experience. Those craving hearty Thai flavours can choose the Jumbo Crab Egg Curry, served with a freshly baked Baguette, or the Dry-Aged Wagyu Bavette, which is dry-aged in-house to develop a rich steak flavour with a buttery texture, accompanied by red curry vegetables and rice on the side.
To conclude the feast, select a decadent dessert, such as the creamy Basque Cheesecake drizzled with raspberry coulis, or the traditional Mango Sticky Rice.
A special Kids’ Menu is also available for the little ones (aged 6 to 12), priced at HK$168. The set includes Impossible Slider, Truffle Bikini, and French Fries, along with a choice of main course: Carbonara Pizza, Penne Chicken Alfredo, or Truffle Mac & Cheese. Sweet options include Tiramisu or a scoop of Gelato.
