The vibrant brunch menu brings together cold and hot appetisers from Mediterranean and Thai traditions. The dinner begins with an exquisite selection of appetisers. Guests can choose four favourites from: Hamachi Crudo with refreshing lemongrass vinaigrette and delicate citrus notes, Ibérico Ham with Crystal Tomato Bread showcasing premium Spanish ham on crisp, juicy tomato-infused bread, Soft Shell Crab Avocado Rice Paper Roll with creamy avocado and crunchy soft-shell crab, Cod Fish Taco with Sriracha Mayo delivering a spicy, zesty kick, Truffle & Cheese Bikini and Lobster Vol-au-Vent in Champagne Herb Cream – a luxurious puff pastry filled with tender lobster in a light, elegant sauce.
