These menus beautifully blend the finest Mediterranean flavours with authentic Thai cuisine, offering guests a delightful and diverse culinary journey—all enjoyed at a single table.

Launching during the Easter long weekend, from 3rd to 7th April (Friday to Tuesday), both menus will then become a permanent part of the regular restaurant offerings. Each establishment boasts its own dedicated kitchen and culinary team, ensuring the authenticity and quality of every dish. Plus, all guests will receive complimentary parking for two hours when dining at either restaurant.

Guests are encouraged to retreat to the harbourfront with their families and little ones to enjoy a prolonged outdoor dining experience that blends two culinary traditions, designed to satisfy diverse palates against the breathtaking backdrop of Hong Kong’s harbour.

All guests who opt for the brunch or Easter dinner menu over the long weekend will also receive a glass of complimentary Sangria or The Bayside Gin and Tonic to celebrate.

Easter Brunch at The Bayside & O’Thai with Complimentary Cocktail

Kick off the festivities with the sumptuous Easter brunch, ideal for family gatherings or leisurely weekends with friends. The new spring brunch menu will debut during the Easter long weekend, from April 3rd to 7th (Friday to Tuesday), and will be available from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM at just HK$278 per guest. This two-cuisine, six-course brunch is designed for two or more guests and features an elegant assortment of four appetisers, a main course of your choice, a dessert, and a non-alcoholic beverage.

For those seeking a little extra, enhance the by-the-bay brunch experience with an optional add-on: HK$198 for two hours of free-flowing prosecco, red and white wines, red sangria, Bayside Gin & Tonic, and bottled beer, guaranteed to put a smile on everyone's face.

Following the launch, the spring brunch will become a regular fixture from 11 April onwards, served every Saturday and Sunday from 12 pm to 2:30 pm.

Guests can enjoy a vibrant brunch menu featuring a selection of hearty and delicate cold and hot appetisers from Mediterranean and Thai cuisines. Guests are invited to customise four items by choosing from Freshly-Shucked Oysters; Salmon Avocado Tartare on crostini; Spanish Ham with Crystal Tomato Bread; Shrimp Mango Rice Paper Roll; Pomelo Salad with Sundried Shrimp; Truffle & Cheese Bikini; “Gambas” Garlic Chilli Prawn; Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce; and Foie Gras on Brioche with Jam and Balsamic Cream.

For the main courses, indulge in a choice from these classic favourites, such as fluffy Egg Benedict with Smoked Salmon; Thai-Style Crab Omelette; Dry-aged Wagyu Bavette with Sunny-Side-Up Egg and Fries; Truffle Ricotta Ravioli in Truffle Cream; Tuscan Salmon with Brocolini; or Thai Prawns in Red Curry with Steamed Jasmine Rice.

Brunch wouldn't be complete without dessert, so be sure to try options like Tiramisu, Mango Sticky Rice, and more. This scrumptious waterfront brunch promises a delightful start to the long weekend, with options to suit all tastes and dietary preferences.

Glitzy Harbourview Easter Dinner with Complimentary Cocktail and Live Music

As evening descends, the Easter dinner menu elevates the celebration with a refined array of dishes inspired by both East and West.

Available from 3rd to 7th April (Friday to Tuesday), both restaurants are teaming up to offer a unique Six-Course Easter Dinner, priced at HK$428 per person. Relish the chance to experience two cuisines in one meal, perfectly complemented by views of the glitzy Victoria Harbour.

Following the launch on Easter weekend, the new dinner tasting menu will also become a regular affair, available daily during dinner service.

The special dinner is designed for two or more guests and features popular Thai and Mediterranean flavours. Begin the evening with a glass of complimentary Sangria or The Bayside Gin and Tonic, before indulging in four enticing appetisers of your choice, options including hand-chopped Wagyu Beef Tartare served with buttery brioche; Shrimp & Mango Rice Paper Rolls; Salmon Tartare; Crispy Cod Fish Taco; Ham and Cheese Bikini; the succulent Crab Cake with garlic chili aioli; and many more other options.

For the main course, diners can select from five indulgent options, including Squid Ink Linguine with sauteed fresh clams; Pesto Prawns Fettuccine; Grilled Halibut Filet with mashed potato and green asparagus; Prawn Egg Cream Curry served with a freshly baked Baguette, Dry-Aged Wagyu Bavette, which is dry-aged in-house; or the signature Deboned Suckling Pig with grilled rosemary potatoes.
