The savoury selection features the elegant Wagyu Beef Tartare Roll, the luxurious Lobster Vol-au-vent with Avruga Caviar, delicate Salmon Dill Cream Tartare on Crostini, and the crisp Soft Shell Crab Rice Paper Roll — a line-up of bold flavours and premium ingredients.

The brunch begins with two starters: silky Salmon Tartare on Crostini, the refreshing Tuna Mango Rice Paper Roll, or an indulgent upgrade with French Fine de Claire Oysters (two pieces, +HK$60). Guests then enjoy two warm bites: the satisfying Cod Fish Taco and the classic Ham & Cheese Bikini.
