A Scrumptious Weekend Brunch Affair with Free-flow Option at TANGO

The newly opened  TANGO Argentinian Steakhouse in Lan Kwai Fong has garnered a loyal following of discerning guests, who return for the venue's insightful and authentic Argentinian dishes and its popular steak selection.

This February, Head Chef Saruulgerel Eggi Enkh-Amgalan has put together a scrumptious yet great value weekend brunch with a free-flow option that is guaranteed to impress all connoisseurs of the finest seafood and meat.
 
TANGO’s Weekend Brunch Menu is available every Saturday, Sunday, and public holiday, from 11:45 am to 3:30 pm. It is priced from HK$218 to HK$368 per guest, including an appetiser, one main dish, one side dish, and one soft drink.
 
The two-hour free-flow option is priced at HK$188 per person and includes the house sommelier’s choice of prosecco, white and red wines, Aperol Spritz, Negroni, and Fernet con Coca.
 
Showcasing the finesse of Argentinian cuisine and the excellence of award-winning steak cuts straight from The Pampas of Argentina, the weekend brunch menu pays homage to Argentina’s rich food culture and multi-faceted culinary identity through grilled meats and fresh seafood recipes.
 
Featured starters include your choice of the Argentinian Chorizo Bombón served with grilled chilli and grilled peppers; Marinated Shrimp Ceviche with tomato citrus sauce and a hint of chilli; Soup of the Day; and your choice of Traditional Empanada. The crispy traditional Argentinian pastry is filled with various savoury ingredients and served with fresh tomato salsa. TANGO’s selection ranges from Fugazetta, with caramelised onion and a trio of cheeses; Carne, with hand-cut Argentinian beef, onions and olives; Pollo with roasted chicken with bell pepper and basil; and Cerdo, with pulled pork belly and spiced green apple jam.
 
As Argentina is known for its world-class beef, the main course features a selection of indulgent cuts of steaks with the option of Lomito Steak Sandwich with grilled Argentinian hanger steak topped with tangy chimichurri sauce and pickled chilli; Dry-Aged Beef Burger with aged cheddar, tomato and lettuce; Hanger Steak with bacon, and sunny side up eggs; and Bife de Ancho, Argentinian ribeye steak served with the house selection condiments.
 
The restaurant also offers a selection of delectable non-beef dishes, ranging from Chorizo Sausage and Portobello Mushroom served with grilled tomato and eggs; Crispy Confit Duck Leg served with braised purple cabbage and orange sauce; to Sea Bass Filet with fennel and orange salad; Steamed Black Mussels in white wine broth; and creamy Truffle and Mushroom Linguine.

For the side dish, choose from the Garlic and Parsley Skinny Fries, Mixed Green Salad or Buttery Mashed Potato.
