Quiero Más invites guests to enjoy a festive feast this Thanksgiving, celebrating coastal harvest flavours. The menu features the savoury richness of Iberian ham complemented by the fresh, briny notes of seafood. The main dish is a tender, stuffed oven-roast turkey that honours traditional Thanksgiving comforts, served with a vibrant, Mediterranean-inspired touch and enhanced by stunning vistas of Central’s iconic skyline.
Situated on the 20th floor of M88 Tower on Wellington Street, Quiero Más is renowned for its distinctive Spanish and Mediterranean cuisines, accompanied by breathtaking skyline views. This restaurant provides a memorable dining experience—an elegant mix of exquisite flavours and panoramic cityscapes- making it perfect for celebrating the festive season with friends and loved ones.
The Thanksgiving feast is available for dinner on Thursday and Friday, 27 to 28 November 2025. Priced at HK$498 per guest, it includes four tapas to share, a turkey main course, and a festive dessert.
The evening begins with the sharing of canapes, featuring Spanish Ham that has been naturally cured for 52 months, served alongside crusty Crystal Tomato Bread; and Southern Sea Scallop, made with fresh raw Japanese scallops, served on a light, creamy avocado-wasabi mousse, and drizzled with a shallot-lemongrass vinaigrette. This dish is enhanced with a hint of coriander powder, fresh chilli, and mint.
For warmth and depth, guests will savour the Signature Sucking Pig, served with pumpkin purée, alongside Gambas, made with fresh tiger prawns gently cooked with garlic and chilli for a finger-licking treat.
Tuck into the flavourful main course: Stuffed Oven Roast Turkey, cooked to perfection for a tender, juicy texture, drizzled with a briny turkey sauce, and complemented by Brussels sprouts, baby potatoes, and dried cranberries.
To finish, a Cinnamon Apple Pecan Pie, served with velvety vanilla cream, offers a refined ending, with the soul-soothing warm cinnamon fragrance hitting the nose and palate, providing a comforting conclusion to the meal.

A semi-private dining area, suitable for up to 6 guests, further enhances its appeal, making it an ideal venue for an intimate celebration.
Mediterranean Way of Living Interior with Spacious Rooftop
Bespoke interiors, crafted by the renowned design maestro Hernan Zanghellini and his team at ZHA+MA2 studios, reflect the relaxed and visually stunning warmth of a Mediterranean summer holiday, with a touch of faded Art Deco styles to complement the vibrant city vistas. A chic aesthetic is achieved through striking turquoise banquette seating, upholstered and coordinated with lively orange dining chairs, which are harmoniously paired with wooden-topped tables set on warm oak flooring. The contemporary space is highlighted by cobalt blue and brass accents, which are dispersed throughout both dining areas. As the sun sets, the warm, dimly lit environment transforms into a lively setting for social dining, illuminated by vintage pendant lamps that cast a gentle, intentional glow, creating a cosy atmosphere.
The restaurant also features a standalone marble-topped cocktail bar, complete with a mirrored back wall, brass shelves, and handcrafted Terra-cotta tiles, all complemented by stylish leather bar chairs. Guests can enjoy tapas and communal dishes, encouraging tasting and togetherness.
The drink programme is a vital part of the experience, offering a wide selection of wines that reflect the team's passion for various varieties. Group Executive Chef Gary Batra
At the helm is Group Executive Chef Gary Batra, an expert in Spanish cuisine with a keen sense of the Hong Kong palate. Chef Batra honed his culinary skills at Australia’s Carrick Institute of Hospitality and Commercial Cooking before beginning to stretch his wings at the famed “La Porchetta,” a ‘must try’ in Melbourne’s Italian food district. Returning to Asia in 2012, and now with over ten years’ experience in European cuisine venues across Hong Kong, Chef Batra brings his signature panache and creative culinary stylings to the kitchens and cuisines across the dining group’s venues.
