Quiero Más New Year’s Eve six-course dinner on 31 December 2025 (Wednesday) is available in two seatings, allowing choice and flexibility for guests. The first seating runs from 6 pm to 8:30 pm at HK$688 per guest net, while the second seating is available from 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm at HK$798 per guest net.

The evening will feature a specially curated Modern Spanish-Mediterranean menu. Guests can enjoy four exquisite starters: Wagyu Beef Carpaccio with truffle sauce and shaved parmesan; freshly shucked Oysters with Gazpacho topped with black caviar; Spanish Red Prawn Ajillo served on toasted soft brioche; and Spanish Suckling Pig, its savoury crispiness balanced by the subtle sweetness of pumpkin puree and Padron peppers.

For the main course, choose one from of these three spectacular main options: M7 Wagyu Sirloin Steak served with mashed potato, white asparagus and truffle sauce, Sesame-Glazed Black Cod with braised cabbage and mushroom, or a shared by two guests Seafood Paella Barcelona.
