Live Music Celebrating Easter Brunch with Free-Flow Option from April 3 to 7
The Easter brunch is priced at HK$328 per person and takes place from Friday, 3rd April to Tuesday, 7th April, between 12 pm and 3 pm. It features six sharing tapas, a main course, and a dessert, with the option to enhance the experience through the free-flow beverage package for an additional HK$198 per guest, offering two hours of unlimited premium wines, Prosecco, bottled beer, icy Tinto Sangria, and House Gin & Tonic.
During Easter brunch sessions, acoustic accordion and vocal performances will also be held on-site to help create a relaxing atmosphere.
The tapas lineup opens with crowd-pleasers like Spanish Ham, naturally cured for 36 months, alongside Crystal Tomato Bread—a Catalan-inspired crusty bread topped with fresh tomatoes, garlic, and premium olive oil. A bright Scallop Ceviche balances fresh Japanese scallops with a creamy avocado-wasabi mousse, finished with a delicate shallot-lemongrass vinaigrette.
Hot tapas further ignite the palate with Gambas, featuring garlic-chilli-piked prawns, and a Broken Egg with Chorizo and Fries, where crispy fries are topped with crispy chorizo and a perfectly runny fried egg. The signature Suckling Pig with Padron peppers is prepared by flattening, marinating, slow-steaming, shredding, and finally grilling, resulting in crispy skin and tender meat in one bite.
Guests then choose from a thoughtful range of mains, including Truffle & Ricotta Ravioli, made in-house with a creamy truffle-infused sauce; Sea Bass “Robespierre”, pan-seared to yield crisp skin and tender fillet, served with baby spinach and a white wine butter sauce; and Seafood Paella Barcelona, featuring Valencia Bomba rice with river prawns, mussels, clams, and calamari, finished with lemon and mayonnaise for a bright finish. For truly standout flavours, the Dry-Aged Wagyu Bavette is served with mashed potatoes, broccolini, and a red wine sauce, drawn from Quiero Más’s German dry-ageing cabinet, equipped with SmartAging technology to concentrate flavour and enhance tenderness.
Dessert concludes the feast with indulgent options such as Churros with Chocolate Dip, Basque Burnt Cheesecake with raspberry coulis, or Gelato. This Easter experience embodies the restaurant’s generous approach to Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, paired with live music and a skyline-view setting that elevates the holiday dining moment into something truly special.

Quiero Más invites guests to celebrate Easter with a dinner tasting menu, available from Friday, 3 April to Tuesday, 7 April. Priced at HK$448 per person, the Easter dinner showcases a curated progression of four tapas (two cold and two hot), followed by a main course and a dessert, combining new creations with signature favourites for a festive, shareable experience.
Guests begin the chef’s menu by selecting two cold tapas, such as Scallop Ceviche with fresh Japanese scallops perched on a creamy avocado-wasabi mousse and finished with a shallot-lemongrass vinaigrette; Crab & Cucumber Cannelloni, where fresh jumbo crab meat is wrapped in sliced cucumber, dressed with zesty avocado puree; or Ibérico Ham with Crystal Tomato Bread.
For the hot tapas, guests may choose two dishes such as Gambas—fresh prawns kissed with garlic and chilli; Spanish Red Prawn served with buttered brioche, or the Signature Suckling Pig served with Padron peppers and rosemary potatoes.
Following the tapas, diners select a main course from options including Grilled Seabass in tangy Romesco sauce served with mashed potato; Seafood Paella topped with river prawns, mussels, clams, calamari, and finished with lemon juice and mayonnaise; or the Dry-Aged Wagyu Bavette, grilled at high heat to form a crust and lock in juices, served with a red wine sauce.
To end the experience, guests can indulge in a dessert selection featuring Churros or the Basque Burnt Cheesecake with raspberry coulis.
Fun for the Little Ones – Kids’ Easter Menu
Throughout the long weekend, children can enjoy their own Easter menu, available for brunch and dinner from Friday, 3 April to Tuesday, 7 April, for HK$188 per kid.
The set includes an appetiser platter with Truffle Cheese Bikini, Crispy Chicken Bites and Crispy Fries, along with a choice of main course: Penne Chicken Alfredo, or Truffle Mushroom Linguine. Ended the meal with Churros with Chocolate Dip or a Gelato.
