Quiero Más presents the Christmas Eve dinner on 24 December 2025 (Wednesday), priced at HK$498 per guest. It includes four sharing tapas, a choice of main course, and a Christmas dessert.

Begin the evening with the 52-month Natural Cured Paletilla Ibérica sliced nicely, served with crispy Crystal Tomato Bread that embodies the rustic essence of Mediterranean indulgence. The Beef Tartare is lightly smoked and torched to melt the fat, perched atop buttery brioche and decorated with Spanish Avruga Herring Caviar, offering a savoury richness that leaves festivalgoers craving more.

Other sharing tapas include the highly acclaimed Signature Suckling Pig, served atop a velvety pumpkin purée. Meanwhile, the Crab Cake made with Phillips Jumbo lump crab meat from wild Blue Swimmer Crab is pan-fried to a crispy exterior with a juicy interior, nestled in a smoky romesco sauce and jewelled with popping crab roe.

From the very first bite, the Christmas spirit shines with 36-month-aged Paletilla Ibérica premium sliced hams served alongside Crystal Tomato Bread, while the Beef Tartare, with its buttery brioche base and Spanish Avruga caviar crown, is an unmissable starter. Quiero Más unveils its Christmas Brunch, available on 25 and 26 December 2025, from 12 pm to 3 pm, for two or more guests at HK$368 per person. It includes four sharing tapas, a main, and a dessert. With dazzling views of Central’s skyline and exquisite dishes that add to the festive cheer, brunch sessions will create a relaxing, charming ambience, elevating the experience to one filled with holiday magic.

An optional add-on to the two-hour bottomless free-flow beverage package costs HK$198 per person. It includes premium wines, Prosecco, bottled beer, iced-cold Tinto Sangria, and House Gin & Tonic, perfect for maximising holiday cheers.

Kick-start your brunch with two delightful sharing tapas: Southern Sea Scallop, sashimi-grade Japanese scallop served on a light, creamy avocado-wasabi mousse and shallot-lemongrass vinaigrette; and Spanish Ibérico Ham, naturally cured for 36 months, served alongside toasted Crystal Tomato Bread.

Bespoke interiors, crafted by the renowned design maestro Hernan Zanghellini and his team at ZHA+MA2 studios, reflect the relaxed and visually stunning warmth of a Mediterranean summer holiday, with a touch of faded Art Deco styles to complement the vibrant city vistas. A chic aesthetic is achieved through striking turquoise banquette seating, upholstered and coordinated with lively orange dining chairs, which are harmoniously paired with wooden-topped tables set on warm oak flooring. Group Executive Chef Gary Batra

At the helm is Group Executive Chef Gary Batra, an expert in Spanish cuisine with a keen sense of the Hong Kong palate. Chef Batra honed his culinary skills at Australia’s Carrick Institute of Hospitality and Commercial Cooking before beginning to stretch his wings at the famed “La Porchetta,” a ‘must try’ in Melbourne’s Italian food district. Returning to Asia in 2012, and now with over ten years’ experience in European cuisine venues across Hong Kong, Chef Batra brings his signature panache and creative culinary stylings to the kitchens and cuisines across the dining group’s venues.
