It was supposed to be a Tuesday night treat. Following two sell-out runs and relentless demand from regulars and newcomers alike, Qué Pasa Tapas y Vino is thrilled to announce the return of its beloved free-flow Tapas Tuesdays Club — now in its third and most ambitious iteration yet.
Available starting this June 16th, it will become a permanent Tuesday night ritual. Running every Tuesday from 6 pm (including public holidays), guests can once again pull up a chair, loosen their belts, and settle in for a 90-minute all-you-can-eat Tapas Club at HK$248 per person. The updated Tapas Club 3.0 menu is broader, giving a total of 13 tapas for unlimited refills, and more crowd-pleasing than ever, with a refreshed line-up that keeps the greatest hits while introducing a host of new favourites.
Advance online reservations are required due to limited seating, and Head Chef Amaru Morales wishes to ensure that all reserved guests can enjoy the efficient service of the free-flow deal.
90-Minute All-You-Can-Eat with 13 Tapas and Hot Dishes
The free-flow selection draws on the full depth of Qué Pasa's kitchen, beginning with lighter bites and building to heartier plates. Guests can graze freely across the following:
Tomato Bread — Toasted tomato bread with a touch of garlic, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, the cornerstone of any Spanish table.
Bocata Bread — Tender hand-pulled pork carnitas in a bite-sized bun with piquillo pepper, chilli oil and sour cream.
Watermelon Gazpacho — A chilled, vibrant gazpacho lifted with crumbled feta; the ideal summer opener.
Patatas Bravas — The Spanish classic done right: crispy potato cubes with a smoky chilli tomato sauce.
Smoked Salmon Bikini — A pressed Spanish-style sandwich of silky smoked salmon and dill cream cheese.
Fried Cauliflower — Golden and crisp with mojo rojo sauce and a dusting of Cajun spice.
Truffle Bikini — An indulgent cheese bikini sandwich elevated with black truffle.
Spanish Meatballs — Tender minced meatballs braised in rich tomato sauce and finished with fresh parsley.
Braised Tripe Stew — A house signature: slow-braised beef tripe with grilled chorizo, olive oil, garlic and warming spices.
Endive Salad — Fresh and herby with green olives, parsley and a punchy green pepper dressing.
Chicken Bites — Juicy one-bite chicken morsels served with mojo rojo sauce.
Arroz Paella — A crowd-pleasing rice dish with tomato and seafood.
Tortilla de Patatas — Spain's beloved potato omelette, layered with onion, egg, cheese and Jamón.
For those who wish to push the boat out a little further, Tapas Club 3.0 introduces three premium add-ons, available at a supplement per serving:
+HK$138 for ¼ Suckling Pig — Slow-roasted and finished on the charcoal grill for crackling-crisp skin, served with mashed potatoes and a sherry jus. One of the kitchen's most labour-intensive plates — and worth every minute of the 20-minute wait.
+HK$88 for 250g Ribeye —Chargrilled to order with tangy chimichurri sauce from the signature Spanish Mibrasa oven.
+HK$108 for Lamb T-Bone — Served with mojo rojo, mojo verde and chips. A bold, flavoursome addition that rounds out the carnivore end of the table.
Daily Happy Hour Stretching from 3 pm to 8 pm for HK$48 each

To keep the good times rolling ahead of Tapas Club, Qué Pasa offers daily happy-hour pricing of HK$48 on selected drinks, available from 3 pm to 8 pm. Whether guests are settling in before dinner or getting an early start on a Tuesday, it is an easy invitation to toast the week over something cold.
The drinks line-up spans wine, beer and house spirits with mixers, and ventures into Spanish territory with sangria and the Marianito — an aromatic, low-proof Negroni-style serve found in Northern Spain that blends sweet vermouth, gin, Campari and bitters.
For something with more sparkle, cava-based cocktails include the Agua de Valencia, a bright, sunny blend of gin, orange juice and cava; and the tropical Cava y Guava, which pairs guava and pear with rum and cava for a breezy, celebratory pour.
Those who prefer to go alcohol-free are equally well served. Options include alcohol-free beer; a Sangria 0% made with cranberry, orange, and fruit extracts, topped with soda; the refreshing Verde Double with jasmine tea, guava, and zesty lime; and the Agua Fresca de Piña, a house-made blend of pineapple, passionfruit, and soda that is as vivid as it sounds.
About Head Chef Amaru Morales
At the helm of Qué Pasa is Head Chef Amaru Morales, whose cooking is shaped by a life lived across cultures and cuisines. Born in Ecuador and raised in Chile, he grew up surrounded by the bold, generous flavours and shared-table spirit that naturally align with the convivial nature of tapas, giving him an instinctive feel for dishes designed to be passed around, enjoyed slowly and built on great produce. After honing his skills in Vancouver, Canada, and later refining classic French techniques in Hong Kong, Chef Amaru brings a broader, more creative lens to the restaurant’s Spanish repertoire—balancing authenticity with confident, contemporary touches. Since Qué Pasa opened at the end of 2024, he has directed the culinary team, emphasising authentic Spanish cuisine refined with precise techniques and accented by lively Hong Kong popular ingredients and flavours, making each dish feel both grounded and pleasantly surprising.

About Deadly Rabbits Concepts
Founded in 2019, Deadly Rabbits Concepts is a Hong Kong-based dining group dedicated to crafting high-quality yet affordable European dining experiences.
The group's name draws its inspiration from the whimsical world of Monty Python, paired with the delightfully absurd sense of humour that permeates Poland, the homeland of Bart, founder of Deadly Rabbits Concepts, who believed that the F&B industry should embody fun and light-heartedness. This belief was creatively expressed through the group’s playful logo and unique name, signalling that they are always passionate about what they do.
This creative group is also the driving force behind several of the city’s beloved neighbourhood dining spots. Among their successful establishments is the modern Italian restaurant Ask for Alonzo, which is located at six bustling locations: Wan Chai, Quarry Bay, Tai Hang, Happy Valley, Soho, and Shatin. Adding to its impressive portfolio are À Poêle French Bistro in Quarry Bay and Qué Pasa Spanish Tapas Y Vino, a vibrant spot that brings lively flavours of Spanish tapas and wine to Tai Hang.
In September 2025, the group marked a major milestone in its international growth with the opening of its first overseas Ask for Alonzo’s outpost in Poland, located in the iconic Varso Tower—the tallest building in both Poland and the European Union. Building on this momentum, the group also launched The Slavic Social, a modern Polish restaurant and cocktail bar at Hilton Warsaw City, which doubles as the business club The Slavic Lab. Crafted by Polish talent and using ingredients primarily sourced from Poland, The Slavic Social celebrates regional flavours and native botanicals, elevating classic dishes with modern techniques and serving cocktails inspired by the wild beauty of the Slavic landscape.
With a growing presence in Hong Kong and an expansion to Poland, Deadly Rabbits Concepts remains committed to sharing culinary joy across borders.
