BACI Presents Succulent Crab A La Carte Dishes Inspired by Autumn

Dedicated to ensuring that every guest leaves BACI with complete satisfaction, Executive Chef Alessandro Persico has crafted a selection of seasonal dishes that showcase a variety of premium crabs, each infused with a touch of Italian flair.
These dishes, available during dinner service from 16 September to 30 October 2024, include Hairy Crab Cake (HK$238) with Bouillabaisse teapot and coriander Pops. The lightly battered and deep-fried hairy crab cake presents a delightful contrast in textures—crisply golden on the exterior, yet tender within. Served in a bowl of velvety, rich Bouillabaisse soup, the dish is topped with coriander "pops" - aromatic coriander broth encased in delicate transparent skins that burst upon the palate, releasing herbal essences that infuse the dish with an invigorating depth of flavour.
Homemade Tagliolini with Crab Roe Crustaceans Bisque (HK$268) featuring fresh and deshelled crab meat and creamy crab roe, cooked in a rich and aromatic Sichuan crustacean bisque, which is simply irresistible.
Pizza aficionados will be delighted by Laguna Blue (HK$268). This crafted pizza is topped with creamy stracciatella, potato slices, succulent blue crab meat, cherry tomatoes, and a hint of lemon zest, and, further elevated by a sprinkle of garlic chilli and fresh basil, is finger-licking good.
Don’t miss out on the hearty Baked Apple Tart (HK$98), topped with ginger gelato and dried-freeze fruit for a perfect balance of flavours.

Hong Kongers are renowned for their love of seafood, and Porterhouse Seafood and Steak knows what savvy Hong Kong diners need by rolling out an array of seasonal crab specialities, accompanied by an exhilarating crab-themed weekend brunch that is guaranteed to impress.

From 23 September to 31 October 2024, Aria Italian will offer a limited-time Symphony of the Crab, Chef Tasting Menu that honours the essence of modern Italian dining while featuring a diverse selection of crabs, allowing guests to savour these delicacies to their heart's content.
The four-course dinner menu is priced at HK$688 per guest; patrons will be greeted with an exquisite starter with Alaska King Crab Tartare, complemented by creamy avocado and a zesty lemon dressing.
