Porterhouse Seafood & Steak Presents Five-course Christmas Dinner for HK$688 Per Person (24 - 26 December 2024)

Porterhouse Seafood & Steak will offer a five-course Christmas dinner menu from 24 to 26 December 2024, priced at HK688 per person. Upon arrival, guests will receive a complimentary glass of prosecco to kick off the festive meal.

At the helm is Executive Chef Michael Bolam, known as Chef Mick, a passionate culinary expert hailing from regional New South Wales in Australia. At Porterhouse, he and his culinary team artfully infuse traditional surf-and-turf offerings with bold Asian essences, creating a sumptuous dining experience that resonates with the palates of a diverse clientele.

Chef Mick is best known for his attention to detail and his elegant flavour pairings, and guests will first be welcomed with freshly shucked Fine De Claire Oysters dressed with zesty Nam Jim Jaew Thai-style chilli sauce.

To follow, choose from Wagyu Beef Tartare with creamy bone marrow, truffle cream and Pane Carasau Sardinia-style flatbread or the Kingfish Carpaccio dressed with buttermilk, chilli oil, toasted coconut, and chive flower.

For the third course, guests will enjoy the soul-soothing and rich Shellfish Bisque served with soft lobster doughnut.
