About the Production
Now entering its fourth season, Maggie Choo’s headline Thursday cabaret show has been reimagined with a powerful new identity. “Becoming Her” celebrates the multifaceted woman in a modern world — sensual, dominant, playful, and unapologetically herself. The production departs boldly from its predecessor, “What Maggie Wants”, embracing a vision in which femininity has no singular definition.
The show features twelve dazzling dance numbers across three acts, incorporating high-tech acrobatics, tango, jazz, and iconic Broadway sequences, alongside original compositions and spectacular hand-stitched bespoke costumes. Creative direction is led by Maria Mayorova, Maggie Choo’s Entertainment Director, with choreography by award-winning Italian choreographer Federica Gargano.
FEATURED PRESENTATION: “Be a Showgirl for a Day”
Also in the evening, Boutique Creatives, Hong Kong's trailblazing creative studio and the production team behind Maggie Choo's, will officially introduce “Be a Showgirl for a Day” — an experimental workshop designed for those who wish to step inside the world of cabaret. Guests at the VIP preview evening will be among the very first to receive a presentation of this exclusive offering, with full details revealed on the night.
