Boutique Bars is an International hospitality group specializing in the development of one-of-a-kind, immersive nightlife experiences to metropolitan cities around the World. Established and realized by Sandeep Sekhri in collaboration with International-renowned design maverick Ashley Sutton, Boutique Bars develops hospitality concepts – crafting food and beverage experiences from the ground up including The Iron Fairies, The Mixing Room, Maggie Choo's, Dragonfly, Ophelia, Dear Lilly, Darling Darling, Entomology.

MAGGIE CHOO'S

Hidden away at the heart of Central and fronted by one of the many antique shops on historic Hollywood Road in Hong Kong, the Chinoserie-inspired Maggie Choo's, part cocktail bar, part cabaret, part late-night soiree, restores diminished glamour with live entertainment and a modern take on classic tipples, is ready to transport guests back to the enigmatic old-world glamour of the Far East.

Maggie Choo's takes after Sutton's incredible storytelling, where Maggie Choo is the heroine of the concept. An orphaned girl who inherited her war-torn family's antique shop, Maggie Choo discovered a hidden door behind her antique shop, leading to an abandoned bank built by the East India Company in 1847 that has since been transformed into an extravagant secret cabaret destination, one where the most intriguing patrons with the utmost interesting stories to tell muse over classic concoctions. 

The theatrical design elements at Maggie Choo's honours the industry's subtle beauty and seductive figures. Here, the team of choreographed dancers titillate crowds with captivating performances, adding a theatrical touch to the opulent space that simply oozes escapism. The experience at Maggie Choo's is complemented by an ever-changing roster of emerging and established jazz and blues acts, while the resident DJ from France, spins beat past midnight, making Maggie Choo's an enchanting and entertaining nightspot that offers a sensory and immersive encounter.

作為香港最新沉浸式特色雞尾酒吧，Maggie Choo's 帶領大家回到充滿誘人色彩的東方國度，感受多姿多采的夜生活。Maggie Choo's隱藏在中環核心地帶，位於香港古老街道之一的荷李活道，以中國風為靈感藏身在珍貴古董店內。Maggie Choo's齊集獨特調酒、歌舞表演及深夜派對活動於一身，多元夜間娛樂表演成為中環夜生活最新矚目場所。

Maggie Choo's是Ashley Sutton講述女主角Maggie Choo故事作為設計主題，在戰火破壞下Maggie Choo喪失家人成為弧女，繼承古董店後在店內發現一道隱藏門，門後竟是由東印度貿易公司所興建的銀行，建於1847年的銀行既已荒廢，便把它改造為一所高檔優雅、上演連場歌舞的秘密場所。 酒吧區選用復古銀行櫃枱作為設計，配合專屬櫃枱窗口及巨型世界地圖，散發獨特氣質；客人可以選擇坐在櫃枱窗口的大理石吧枱前，一邊欣賞調酒師優美身影，一邊享用特調雞尾酒。

透過精心編排的舞蹈，資深舞者為Maggie Choo's帶來精彩演出，更把整個空間變為表演場地，配合現場配樂及燈光效果，讓大家瞬間投入其中。Maggie Choo's還設有現場DJ表演，爵士樂及藍調襯托多感官特色酒吧。

THE MIXING ROOM

The Mixing Room by Iron Fairies is an enigmatic creative cocktail space hidden away off Hollywood Road in Hong Kong. This intriguing cocktail divan promises a bewitching night of innovative and exceptional mixology amidst otherworldly interiors that captivate and invigorate imaginations. A wonderland of industrial textures straight from the pages of a fairy tale, guests can expect hand-made custom furnishings, low-slung ceilings, and brick textured walls adorned with over 22,000 jars and bottles containing fairy dust, poems and all sorts of mysterious ingredients, with which the band of grumpy miners forge their iron fairies, only to become bewitched when the troupe of mischievous fairies come alive and cast a spell over them. Guests can enjoy a range of modern, storybook-inspired cocktails at the rustic, hand-crafted wooden tables, which have been matched with curvy banquette seating that seamlessly runs the entire length of the space.

The Mixing Room by Iron Fairies是中環荷李活一所神秘隱蔽兼極富創意之雞尾酒酒吧。這所令人著迷的雞尾酒酒吧在主題設計及室內佈置上顯盡心思，延續自童話書鐵仙子為內容的魔幻仙境世界，無窮想像力散發神秘優雅的氣息。The Mixing Room全場懸掛多達22,000個透明瓶子，載裝著多款魔法粉末、詩歌及鑄造材料，猶如施咒為鐵仙子們賜予無窮生命。賓客們可安坐在充滿質感的手造圓形木枱享受以現代童話書作靈感的雞尾酒，圓枱無縫地貫穿全場，讓整個空間襯托出別具格調的時尚感。
