This delightful New Year’s Eve dinner menu commences with a Middle Eastern Mezze Platter showcasing creamy, smoky hummus with black garlic for a light hint of sweetness, pickled glazed vegetables, Dalal-style labneh, and sumac-marinated green pea served with warm golden olives; all served with piping hot fluffy pita bread.

To follow, enjoy BEDU’s signature Oven-baked Feta with a festive twist, topped with lavender, toasted macadamia nuts, and honey; and Scallops and Truffle, which the Hokkaido scallops are lightly seared to achieve a light-charred on the outside but remain tender on the inside, garnished with Bedu’s spice blend, truffle cream, and shaved-fresh truffle.

After a choice of the all-important main course, which includes the options of Spiced Confit Duck Leg served with a clear duck broth, smoked chickpeas, and crispy Hasselback potato on the side; Slow-Roasted Beef Tenderloin, dressed in a Shiraz-pomegranate sauce, Yemen-style Zhoug salsa made with fresh parsley, cardamom and cumin, and smoked pinenut cream to add the perfect finishing touch; or Grilled Za'atar-Spiced Boston Lobster, served with marinated mixed zucchini and lobster meat salad; and a refreshing watercress sauce; before finishing with sweet touches like Beduin Delight with nutty pistachio ice cream, sumac meringue, and saffron cream; and Arabic Chocolate Pralines.
