With space for 100 seated guests in its spacious dining area and located right in the lively Lan Kwai Fong, BACI is a true embodiment of authentic Italian cooking, offering a cosy and welcoming atmosphere where guests can enjoy a wide range of crowd-pleasing comfort foods. Featuring a vibrant open kitchen with two pizza ovens on display, guests can savour a variety of popular cocktails while watching hearty dishes being prepared right in front of them.

In the spirit of the cheeky adage, "You can't buy happiness, but you can buy pizza, and that's kind of the same thing," BACI’s Master Pizza Chef, Roberto Marchi and his culinary team have crafted an exciting array of new pizzas, featuring innovative toppings that blend traditional Italian ingredients with local Asian flavours, guaranteed to impress all pizza aficionados.

The Art of Pizza Making

Renowned for its exceptional pizza in Hong Kong, BACI expertly crafts its dough through an easy 24-hour fermentation process. This method is tailored to the city's high humidity, allowing the dough to achieve optimal flavour. With a hydration level of 76%, BACI’s dough results in a light, airy crust that is both crispy on the outside and delightfully chewy on the inside.

The wood-fired ovens at BACI are pivotal in creating the signature smoky, crispy crust. The intense heat enhances both the taste and texture of the pizza, ensuring an exciting culinary experience. The quick cooking process allows cheese to melt evenly, preserving its freshness and flavour.

Pizza Pechino (HK$308/12-inch pizza): Featuring a tantalising blend of San Marzano DOP tomato sauce and the renowned Chinese Lao Gan Ma chilli sauce, providing a balance of savoury flavours, complemented by the sweet notes of the tomatoes. Garnished with fresh, creamy burrata that seamlessly melts into the sauce, along with a sprinkle of fresh spring onions, red chilli, fragrant sesame oil, and finished with a touch of zesty lemon juice.

Pizza Mar Giallo (HK$278/12-inch pizza): Inspired by the flavours of the North Sea shores, Pizza Mar Giallo features Fior di Agerola cheese for a creamy texture, complemented by the velvety Brie cheese. Topped with fresh baby spinach, the succulent crab meat introduces a maritime essence. Drizzled with sriracha Japanese mayonnaise and garnished with a sprinkle of tobiko (flying fish roe), the dish gains a delightful crunch and a burst of briny flavour. Lastly, the salted duck egg imparts a distinctive twist, enriching each slice with its creamy richness.

Char Siu Pork Pizza (HK$258/12-inch pizza): Experience a delightful homage to Hong Kong's iconic roast pork, featuring a luscious base of Fior di latte cheese, known for its creamy richness that melts beautifully in the oven. Topped with vibrant chilli morning glory, fragrant green onion oil, the pizza adds a fresh, peppery crunch that perfectly complements the star ingredient: marinated char siu pork. This succulent pork is expertly seasoned, offering a sweet and smoky flavour that captures the essence of traditional Hong Kong cuisine.

Indulge in a Hearty Italian Weekend Brunch Buffet with 25% Discount

When it comes to the importance of an Italian weekend feast, families gather to indulge in a lingering meal while sharing life stories—this is the essence of the Italian spirit. Baci presents an Italian weekend brunch buffet, served from 12 pm to 3 pm on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.

Priced at HK$528 per adult and HK$328 per child, the brunch buffet offers an unlimited selection of fresh seafood, cold cuts, artisanal cheese, salads, antipasti, and a hot station featuring succulent roast meats and Italian classic dishes, like Eggplant Parmigiana, Meatball Livornese, Sicilian Caponata, and many more. Additionally, there is a decadent dessert bar, an all-you-can-eat Neapolitan pizza selection, and a live pasta cooking station, allowing guests to savour these delicacies to their heart’s and stomach’s content.


Free-flow options are priced from HK$268 per person and include prosecco, house red and white wines, spirits, bottled beer and Bloody Mary. Alternatively, for HK$118 per person, enjoy an alcohol-free package with Virgin Mary mocktail, soft drinks and juices.

To celebrate summer dining, guests will receive a 25% discount on brunch for bookings made in advance online with a deposit, valid up to 30 September 2205. Terms and conditions apply.
