Ask for Alonzo’s festive two-course lunch and dinner menus, which are available throughout December. The two-course lunch menu is available Monday through Friday, stretching from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and is priced at HK$168 per person. The festive two-course dinner menu is available daily during dinner service for HK$358 per person.

Following Italy's tradition of antipasti dishes, Ask for Alonzo presents mouth-watering starters for guests to choose from, like Christmas Soup; Italian cold cuts and Cheese Platter; Roman Meatballs dressed with tomato sauce and topped with melted Parmesan cheese; creamy Burrata Cheese with heirloom tomatoes and balsamic dressing; Beef Tonnato, beef tenderloin slice served in a bed of creamy tuna-mayo and capers; and Bruschetta al Pomodoro with roasted tomatoes and mozzarella gratin.

An authentic Italian meal must come with pasta; these delectable starters are followed by one choice from an array of succulent pasta and mains, including Linguine allo Scoglio with calamari, mussels, clams, prawns, cherry tomato, cooked in a buttery white wine sauce, a Southern Italy pasta with the name inspired by “linguine with stones” and refers to a clever cooking technique historically employed by fishermen. Rigatoni Amatriciana combines Roman “guanciale” salty cured pork, onion, garlic, sweet chili and cherry tomato; Spaghetti Carbonara with Roman guanciale, Italian eggs and black pepper; and Mushroom Risotto with portobello mushroom, truffle oil, fresh rocket, and shaved parmesan.

For guests who are looking for something more substantial could opt for the Roasted Turkey Breast served with pork stuffing, carrots, brussels sprouts, mashed potato, and veal sauce on the side; succulent Braised Beef Cheek served with silky polenta and carrot; or crispy fried Barramundi served with pesto sauce and vegetable Succotash made with sweet corn, bell peppers, beans, and okra.
