Available all day on Sunday, 10 May 2026 from 11:30 am onwards (lunch and dinner), The Orient Steakhouse presents a four-course Mother's Day Surf-and-Turf Menu at HK$688 per guest — a thoughtfully curated journey from the finest ocean catches to show-stopping prime steak cuts, with every bite perfectly matched to one of the world's most iconic harbour views.

The four-course journey begins on a note of pure indulgence with the Cognac Foie Gras Terrine — a silky, cognac-kissed amuse-bouche served with a delicate crêpe crisp and earthy truffle mayo, setting a gloriously luxurious tone for the meal ahead.
The celebration then turns to the ocean with The Orient Seafood Platter (serves two) — a spectacular sharing centrepiece piled high with plump Hokkaido Scallops with coconut-calamansi dressing, briny fresh oysters, silky tuna tossed in fragrant Sambal Bawang, buttery Hamachi Crudo, a fiery sambal seabass that brings an irresistible Southeast Asian kick, along with the chef’s selected fresh sashimi.
